Shankumugham Beach Night View and Old Coffee House | Places to Visit in Trivandrum. We wanted to walk through the night shopping areas of Shankumugham Beach and have a coffee from the Old Coffee House located there. So we got out of office bit early today and went straight to Shankumugham Beach via Kochuveli road. The night view is not very clear since there are not many street lights available. The beach view also could not be captured for this sole reason. Hope the concerned will take care of it. There are many eateries and icecream stalls available there. Old Coffee House is also a must visit. But they serve coffee only till around 7pm. So having coffee there at midnight doesn’t seem to workout (I wanted to do that several times) It is a nice place to visit with family even at midnight with cops patrolling around all the time. Overall, a good weekend hangout location for families, couples, or with friends.
