So we decided to avail the boating facility which gives a glimpse of the dam view. The charge for a person is Rs.145 and they can accommodate up to 20 people in the boat.
The boating in Idukki dam is a mesmerizing experience for Travel Techies. The chilly wind that hits our face and the water droplets that is caused by the boat’s movement in water gives a great experience ! There is no need to mention the greenery and the idukki dam view since it is already a known thing! The mesmerizing view of Idukki Dam which is one of the highest arch dams in the world and the major provider of electricity for the state of Kerala which lies in between the Kuravan and Kurathi hills is simply mind blowing!
